South Africa is one of
the countries that have the best fashion designers like Marc Bouwer,Nkhensani Manganyi ,David Tlale and many more,
having this designers has helped us grow so much into fashion.
One of the things I
like about mzansi fashion is that we have so many events that are taking place
in terms of fashion, and this includes the Audi
joburg, cape town, Durban, and the S.A fashion week to me this are not just
fashion events but they are there to represent the south African taste in terms
of clothing, it is true that we might not be yet be on the fashion league like
big cities such as Condon, Paris, and other but it shows that we are getting
there.

Well I believe that
without such fashion events, we would not be where we are today in terms of
fashion, and it is important that we have such fashion events that are able to
interact with us as ordinary people and get us more involved in terms of
fashion and it means we are able to show case our African expression as south
Africans and we are proud to wear our own mzansi designs, because it’s sad to
still see people wearing clothes from abroad while we have our own south
African designers.
that is true i think the south african events that we have in mzansi are taking us to the top in terms of fashion because without them we wouldnt be proud to wear our own fashion culture as south africans

Deletenice blog there i think we really need such discussions that are based on fashion in south africa,beause like u said its really sad to see people buying abroad brands while we have so many fashion events and fashion designers that are there to help us in terms of our own fashion expression!

Deletei think that the fashion industry has grown alot in mzanzsi,especially since it has been exposed alot by the media,and we must still have many people eho are buying abroad brands but i think its because we are not yet to the top league like you sai,but i believe we are getting there slowly but surely

DeleteNot only through events, but through events that are monitored and organised by good public relations practitioners. South Africa will see itself in the world stage of fashion. Slowly but surely we getting there

DeleteTrue that South Africa does have the best designers, they have stepped up the market in a big way they go to other countries to show case their designers with we known and recognised designers. Personally I think South African fashion has stepped up in a big way and it's making waves. If you look at the designs of David Tlale man oh man they are to die for anyone who’s everyone wants a Tlale number. Events such as SA fashion week are a greet platform giving designs an opportunity to show case their talent to the world, I think there should be more events like SA fashion week.We may not be there yet but i believe we are getting there slowly but surely

DeleteIt seems SA's fashion is now being taken into consideration and most of the audiences tend to wear our home made clothes that are from South Africa. We can now find our SA clothes across the world and thanks to those who makes sure that our country be reckoned for its best.
